Challenge: The windows in the living room of this house, having been replaced in the 1950’s or 1960’s, were completely out of character with those throughout the rest of this Chicago bungalow. They were also drafty, difficult to operate, & inefficient.
Solution: We took cues from the original windows elsewhere in the house & had Marvin Windows make new units sized to fit in the existing openings. These new windows incorporate an SDL pattern that is reflective of the original & are not only durable & beautiful; they’re energy efficient as well.
